SZCZUR Special Deep Purple (limited version)
SZCZUR Special Deep Purple - two channel distortion.
SZCZUR in JHS PEDALS SHOW (Time: 4:30)
Available only until the end of January. Shipping 6-7 Feb.
Szczur Special is a limited version of Szczur distortion with an additional Special mode that uses a NOS (new old stock) diode produced in Poland in the 70s and 80s.
It also uses old Op-Amp produced in Czechoslovakia, also in the 70s and 80s.
Special mode is a really cool, saggy, vintage-sounding fuzz. You will love it!
Other features are the same as in the original Szczur.
SZCZUR (rat in Polish) is a tribute to the legendary distortion pedal released in 1978. Over the last few decades, it has been present in many influential records from classic rock to extreme metal genres.
SZCZUR offers an original experience, fulfilled with two independent gain channels and a Classic/Modern switch to have more control over the distortion character.
Green channel (GAIN I) offers precise control over the lower gain distortion tones, while red channel (GAIN II) offers an original experience with fuzzy character when maxed out.
You can easily switch between two gain channels with the right footswitch.
An additional Classic/Modern switch opens even more sound possibilities, to let you taste different harmonics and dynamic responses.
Classic mode offers the original experience with buzzy low end at higher gain settings.
Modern mode enables tighter distortion tone, with very touch-sensitive compression and mid-range focus.

VOLUME - final output volume.
FILTER - cuts highs (low pass filter).
GAIN I - green gain channel, good for low gain tones.
